Northridge Farm is a thirty acre dressage training & boarding facility conveniently set in the city limits of Kansas City, Missouri.
Located on the site of an old homestead established before the Civil War, Northridge Farm is a tranquil setting that features rolling pasture turnout, cross country fences, including a water complex, and an 80' x 200' outdoor sand arena. The 22 stall barn features two heated/cooled tack rooms, automatic waterers and mats, hot cold wash rack, a reception area, office, lounge, viewing area, as well as an indoor arena.
OWNER|FOUNDER|HEAD TRAINER|NANCY KRAUS WOMACK Ω
Nancy Kraus Womack founded and opened Northridge Farm in 1988. She is actively involved in every aspect of the farm operations as well as the head Trainer and Instructor. She earned her Dressage Silver Medal in 1988 and has trained both horses and riders to Grand Prix. Nancy has an eye for good horses and takes pride in matching the right horse for the rider. She has imported, trained and sold dozens of quality young horses, primarily from Ontario and Alberta, Canada and is a partner in the North American Sporthorse Syndicate. Nancy believes first and foremost in the welfare of the horses in her care and is proud to have provided quality care and training in the Kansas City area over the past twenty five years.
FACILITIES MANAGER|MARY DEATHERAGE Ω
Mary Deatherage has been the facilities manager of Northridge Farm since 1997. She is in charge the day to day operations including the complete care and feeding of the horses as well as coordinating with the veterinarian and farrier. She also manages the work staff alongside Nancy as well as keeping track of Nancy! Mary's love of all things four-legged, incredible work ethic and upbeat personality make her an integral and invaluable part of the farm.
YOUNG HORSE TRAINER|DENA DOBBINS Ω
Dena has been training and riding from a very early age. She is in charge of the care and training of the young sale horses. Her training philosophy is to train in a stress free, but disciplined fashion, never rushed and never harsh. In addition to under saddle and lunging work, her training includes introduction to trails and show settings, clipping, loading, standing tied and ground manners in general.

Jordan started her riding career when she was seven years old at Northridge Farm. At the age of 13, she rode and showed Celtic, Nancy's retired upper-level mount. She then purchased her versatile and athletic Trakhener gelding, Moukie. Jordan grooms for an upper-level rider at Northridge Farm and serves as the Youth riding instructor, as well as the weekend staff manager.
